4. Gargle:
After cleansing your tongue gargling is the next procedure to be followed according to Dinacharya.

First you use cold water to rinse your mouth and remove excess Kapha from it. Now you can use an Ayurvedic gargle which is made from natural herbs like liquorice, triphala, peppermint, cypress as well as musta.
