Garlic Babycorn Appetizer

Experimenting in the kitchen I actually ended up with this actually interesting appetizer.

Ingredients:
8 Baby-corn
2 Spring Onions sliced thinly
Lots and lots of chopped garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
Oregano
Chilly Flakes
Dried Parsley
Salt

Method:
In a non stick pan add olive oil. Heat it and add chopped garlic to it. after two min add spring onions in it. After 2 min add baby-corn. Let it cook for 5-10 min. Then add salt, oregano, parsley and chilly flakes. and you are good to go.

I also added very few sliced broccoli for color and to make it more interesting.

I could have also added some chopped ginger along with garlic for better flavor.
