Eco-tourism is a term most of us travelers are familiar with, but do we really know what it actually means? Are we really putting an extra effort to make our travel trip eco friendly? For a long time I kept reading about “green tourism” or “eco travel”. I read about resorts and destinations that ensured eco friendly stay. I became really curious, I appreciate the efforts taken up by the resorts, hotels, homestays, to ensure an eco friendly trip, but what I really wanted to know was how I could contribute to an eco friendly trip.
