Coconut Water is the healthy liquid found inside the coconut which has plenty of minerals and vitamins. The premature coconut has more water in it, as the coconut grows the water in replaced by white flesh. The coconut water is consumed best when drunk fresh from the coconut itself. The coconut water has low calorific value but it is extremely rich in vitamins, minerals as well as many more nutrients. Important nutrients found in coconut water are Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Sodium, and Phosphorous, lauric acid, iron and chloride. The amount of potassium found in coconut water is more than what is found in a banana.
